Equality in the past or even now is difficult in an institution with a culture of favourites...
I’m proud of my service and enjoyed my time although I’m not blind to the misogyny, inequalities and biases that exist in the service! Once again it was a great read, and I thank Linda for her work post service in her attempt to make the institution fair and equitable.

Linda Long's 'Breasts, Ma'am!' shares her journey from childhood in Alberta to serving in the Canadian Armed Forces in the 1970s, facing gender barriers, and later thriving as a lawyer and advocate. A must-read for any woman confronting workplace inequality.
